What is the return and refund policy?
We do not have a refund policy. However, there is a 7-day replacement policy: if you face any manufacturing issues within 7 days of purchase, we will replace your device.
The warranty period is 6 months, but please note that water damage and physical damage are not covered. We provide a carry-in warranty service for eligible devices.
